Anka van Dorp, the founder of the Art Club Portugal, also loves to cook.
As we use to paint one day a week together and having a Portuguese lunch with lots of fresh ingredients of the season, the idea of making recipes combined with art work was born.
I am thinking of a new recipe

Cabrito assado Roasted goat
Ingredients
2 kg goat in parts, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 bay leave, 6 peppercorns, 2 sliced onions, 2 sliced carrots, 1 l red wine,200 ml olive oil,
8 potatoes, peeled and quartered or 16 new potatoes, 1 tbsp coarse sea salt, pepper
Preparation
Crush the carlic cloves, pepercorns and bay leaf, add the salt and olive oil and rub the parts of goat with this mixture.
Place the goat parts in a deep ovenproof pot, place all the ingredients around and pour the wine over it.
Place in a medium oven (180 degrees) and
cook untill done. (about 2,5 hours).
